In this role, the IT Support Analyst will focus on delivering top-notch assistance for various hardware and software challenges. Your responsibilities will include diagnosing issues, responding to IT inquiries, and ensuring that staff have the necessary tools to succeed. Interpersonal communication and a proactive approach to problem resolution are key components of delivering exceptional support.
Key Responsibilities:
• Troubleshoot and rectify IT support requests
• Communicate effectively to diagnose complex issues
• Upgrade software and hardware applications
• Monitor support inbox and helpdesk line
• Provide after-hours support on a rotating basis
Requirements:
• Experience in technical support or system administration
• Knowledgeable in Windows Server and Office 365
• Familiar with networking concepts and web services
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to travel between office locations as needed
