We are looking for an experienced Desktop Support Technician to manage hardware roll-outs, installations, and troubleshooting for PCs and related devices. This role requires a minimum of 1-2 years in both deskside support and field service, with an emphasis on effective communication and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct hardware roll-outs and device installations
• Provide deskside support for software and hardware issues
• Manage software installations, upgrades, and troubleshooting
• Offer 1st level Help Desk support and LAN activities
• Handle call management requests and customer diagnostics
Requirements:
• 1-2 years of relevant field service experience
• A+ certification required; vendor certifications preferred
• Strong troubleshooting and internetworking abilities
• Effective time management and multitasking skills
• Diploma from a recognized IT program
