Your role entails leading diverse teams and driving initiatives aligned with customer experience objectives. Engaging with stakeholders, you will ensure that billing solutions meet both technical standards and customer satisfaction metrics.
Key Responsibilities:
• Guide new product enablement from concept to execution
• Manage projects focused on payments and pricing strategies
• Advocate for customer experience within project frameworks
• Develop strategies for security compliance and risk mitigation
• Analyze project data to influence leadership decisions
Requirements:
• 7+ years in product development or project management
• Masters or professional certifications such as PMP or Agile
• Strong analytical and strategic planning skills
• Effective at leading cross-functional teams
• Telecommunications industry knowledge a plus
