Bill Gosling Outsourcing is seeking a Desktop Support Technician to assist with Information Technology needs. You will be responsible for installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of equipment, including workstations and peripherals. The role involves working with various operating systems such as Windows and Linux while collaborating with Helpdesk Support and IT teams.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with secure deployment of workstations and devices
• Provide support across voice, SMS, and chat channels
• Help with data center and office cabling tasks
• Conduct team training on software applications
• Monitor operations to maximize technology efficiency
Requirements:
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Two years of Tertiary Education for specific regions
• Preferred post-secondary education in IT
• Minimum six months relevant experience
• Experience with Windows, Linux, or Mac environments
