This role invites volunteers to help clients navigate exciting tools, especially our new client portal. By hosting workshops and training sessions, you'll assist community members while enhancing your own skills in technology support and teamwork. Your contributions will bring about real change in our community.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct client training workshops on tech use
• Assist in implementing new technology solutions
• Collaborate with team members on creative projects
• Provide patient and friendly client support
• Share feedback for continuous improvement
Requirements:
• Strong interest in technology and learning
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a friendly attitude
• No previous experience necessary; training will be provided
• Availability to volunteer a few hours per week
