Level 2 Desktop Support Specialist

This position is ideal for a professional with 1-2 years of deskside support and field service experience. You'll engage in hardware deployments, installations, and offer 1st level support, ensuring seamless operations while maintaining top-notch customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform IMAC activities including installs and updates
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
• Provide Help Desk support for user concerns
• Manage repair requests and communications with dispatch
• Conduct basic LAN and internetworking tasks
Requirements:
• Minimum 1-2 years in field service support
• A+ certification is a must; additional certifications preferred
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to work independently or collaboratively
• Diploma from a recognized IT program
