Become a Cloud Application Support Analyst at Deluxe, where you'll ensure the seamless operation of critical SaaS platforms. Your analytical skills will drive performance monitoring and problem resolution.
As part of the Deluxe ITMS team, your role will encompass overseeing the customer-facing cloud environments—ensuring they run smoothly and efficiently. You will collaborate with development and support teams to diagnose technical issues, manage software updates, and provide executive support. This role requires flexibility, including overnight and weekend shifts to maintain 24/7 operational readiness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee monitoring of SaaS application performance

• Coordinate with teams for installation and upgrades of ITMS

• Develop and implement operational activity documentation

• Analyze performance data and report anomalies

• Provide coaching to other team members
Requirements:

• Associate's degree in Computer Science or an equivalent field

• Minimum three years in a technical analyst role

• Experience with incident management and cloud platforms

• Knowledge of , Microsoft Server, and XML/HTTPS

• Programming skills are an asset
