Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
• Community College diploma with IT focus and 3 years experience
• Minimum 2 years in service desk environments
• Familiarity with Microsoft technologies and networking concepts
• A+ or Network+ Certification preferred
• Must possess a valid driver’s license for travel
