This full-time onsite leadership role requires strong expertise in IT service management frameworks, particularly ITIL. As the Team Lead, you will oversee service desk activities, ensure adherence to SLAs, and facilitate a collaborative environment focused on continuous improvement. Your efforts will enhance the efficiency of technical support processes while prioritizing user satisfaction in a fast-paced healthcare setting.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead daily service desk operations for incident management
• Maintain ticket flow and ensure compliance with SLAs
• Provide training and mentorship to support staff
• Develop service improvement initiatives
• Coordinate with external vendors for seamless support
Requirements:
• 3-5 years of IT service desk experience
• Strong ITIL knowledge and experience
• Leadership experience in a technical support environment
• Familiarity with healthcare applications is a plus
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
