With at least seven years of experience, you will lead the development and maintenance of data management project plans while training clinical trial personnel. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead daily data management activities and client communications

• Develop and maintain project-specific Data Management Plans

• Review and design case report forms and templates

• Conduct training on electronic data capture systems

• Provide feedback to junior data management personnel

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in health or pharmaceutical sciences

• 7+ years in clinical trial data management

• Strong leadership skills in project contexts

• Comprehensive understanding of FDA regulations

• Experience with data quality and validation processes
