Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and resolve hardware and software concerns promptly

• Maintain and deploy workstations and peripherals effectively

• Collaborate with teams on tech support during projects

• Track incidents and escalate issues as necessary

• Document processes and improve workflow for efficiency
Requirements:

• Community College diploma with IT focus and 3 years experience

• Minimum 2 years in service desk environments

• Familiarity with Microsoft technologies and networking concepts

• A+ or Network+ Certification preferred

• Must possess a valid driver’s license for travel
