With 7–9+ years of experience in Oracle Cloud HCM, you will enhance Core HR and additional modules like Absence and Compensation. Your responsibilities include gathering requirements, fit-gap analysis, and system configuration. Support payroll processes and contribute to ongoing system improvements as part of a large enterprise environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Configure and enhance Oracle HCM Cloud modules
• Collaborate with HR, Payroll, and IT teams
• Conduct fit-gap analysis and system configuration
• Support payroll processes and integrations
• Provide testing, troubleshooting, and production support
Requirements:
• 7–9+ years in Oracle Cloud HCM implementations or support
• Strong hands-on experience with Core HR and additional modules
• Background in requirements gathering and analysis
• Solid understanding of HR processes
• Experience in testing and production support
