Job Description  12 month contract with extensions. Hybrid work in downtown Toronto.
Insight Global is looking for an Intermediate to Senior Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer to join a leading banking client in downtown Toronto. This hybrid role requires in‑office work 3 times per week. The candidate will be a Salesforce Marketing Cloud expert, using Automation Studio, Journey Builder, Contact Builder, and Mobile Connect. While not operating as a team lead, this individual will serve as a senior resource to developers on the team.
Required Skills and Experience   4+ years of experience working with Salesforce Marketing Cloud
Strong experience using Automation Studio (building automated email campaigns)
Strong experience using Journey Builder (building multi‑step journeys)
Experience using Contact Builder
Experience using Mobile Connect
Experience mapping contact data
Experience creating post‑deployment reporting
Email development skills: HTML, CSS, and complex AMPScript
Create complex SQL queries
Excellent data analysis, problem‑solving, and troubleshooting skills
Solid communication skills; able to communicate technical direction, discuss and incorporate stakeholder feedback, and clearly explain issues and solutions
Nice to Have Skills and Experience   An undergraduate degree in computer science or recognized equivalent
Experience working in a digital marketing agency environment
