Kinaxis Maestro Senior Solution Consultant

Lead the charge in production support as a Senior Solution Consultant for Kinaxis Maestro. Enhance system performance while ensuring high availability and seamless user experience.

In this role, you will offer end-to-end support and troubleshooting for Kinaxis Maestro implementations. Your expertise will drive system maintenance, ensuring smooth operations through rapid issue resolution. Focus on optimizing processes and providing user guidance while also working on continuous enhancements across the application.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support for complex system issues

• Troubleshoot errors to maintain platform availability

• Assess data integrity and quality across source systems

• Create user manuals and oversee training sessions

• Design and configure system enhancements and changes

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field

• 5 to 8 years experience with Kinaxis Maestro / Rapid Response

• Minimum Kinaxis Solution Consultant – Level 2 certification

• Strong knowledge of supply chain processes and data models

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
