In this full-time role, you will leverage your marketing expertise to execute automated email campaigns, craft compelling content, and optimize guest journeys. Collaborate with business unit managers to align marketing strategies with business goals while utilizing CRM and CMS tools to enhance user experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
• Build and execute automated email campaigns for various guest interactions
• Ideate and coordinate content personalization strategies
• Write compelling copy with strong calls to action
• Maintain website content for accuracy and functionality
• Analyze data and report on marketing performance
Requirements:
• Post-secondary degree in marketing, communications, or related field
• Minimum 1 year of digital marketing experience
• Familiarity with CRM platforms and email marketing tools
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and CMS platforms
• Strong analytical and project management skills
