This opportunity requires a highly skilled Technical Specialist experienced in Oracle Fusion US Payroll. You will be responsible for configuring payroll components, managing taxation, and assisting in integrations with third-party systems. Collaborate closely with varied teams to deliver scalable payroll solutions while taking initiative in year-end compliance and reporting activities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Configure Oracle Fusion Payroll components and taxation elements
• Execute comprehensive US payroll processes effectively
• Conduct payroll reporting and maintain records
• Support payroll compliance and user testing efforts
• Design functional documentation and process specifications
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, HR, or a related field
• More than 5 years of Oracle Fusion US Payroll experience
• Strong understanding of payroll legislation
• Proficiency with payroll data migration tools
• Exceptional analytical and communication skills
