Become an Infrastructure Specialist based in Barrie, ON, focusing on enhancing IT systems in a secure environment. This role emphasizes virtualization design and strategic business alignment.

We are hiring six Infrastructure Specialists for an exciting 12-month contract with potential for extension. You will play a critical role in assessing and documenting IT systems that align with business objectives while supporting the sustenance of a vast infrastructure of Windows servers. Effective communication and teamwork are crucial as you interface with diverse teams and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design IT solutions adhering to architectural guidelines

• Collaborate in project meetings to gather requirements

• Produce essential documentation for infrastructure services

• Facilitate knowledge transfer effectively across teams

• Manage operational standards for security and availability

Requirements:

• 6+ years in virtualization design and execution

• Familiarity with network connectivity and troubleshooting

• Proven organizational and communication strengths

• Knowledge of security monitoring products is beneficial

• Valid Driver’s License and vehicle required
