Join Insight Global as an Oracle HCM Consultant in a part‑time role, offering flexibility and a pathway to full time. This contract position taps into your extensive Oracle Cloud experience, focusing on module enhancements.
As a seasoned consultant with 7–9+ years in Oracle Cloud HCM, you will support Core HR, Compensation, and Onboarding modules. Your expertise in requirements gathering and system configuration is essential for successful payroll process support and integration. Engage with HR and IT teams to drive system improvements.
Key Responsibilities- Configure Oracle HCM Cloud modules effectively
- Partner with HR, IT, and Payroll for system enhancements
- Conduct testing and troubleshoot issues
- Gather requirements and perform fit-gap analysis
- Provide ongoing production support for modules
- 7–9+ years of Oracle Cloud HCM implementation or support
- Robust experience in Core HR and related modules
- Proficient in requirements gathering and fit-gap analysis
- Understanding of payroll processes and integrations
- Experience in testing and support
