Join Performance Auto Group as an IT Technician in the Muskoka Region. Provide effective technical support and build strong relationships with team members and staff.
As an IT Technician, you will play a pivotal role in delivering technical assistance and troubleshooting across the organization. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of three years' experience in computer systems and helpdesk support, coupled with exceptional interpersonal skills. This full-time position requires a self-starter capable of establishing effective working relationships and ensuring user satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Set up and configure workstations and laptops
• Manage help requests through IT ticket system
• Document resolutions for trend analysis
• Prioritize and escalate user support requests
• Perform hands-on fixes at desktop and server levels
Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years of relevant IT experience
• Experience in a collaborative team environment
• Knowledge of automotive retail technology preferred
• Excellent problem-solving and documentation skills
• Valid Ontario G or G2 Driver’s License required
