IT Director of Infrastructure and Support at Garaga

In this role, reporting to the Vice-President of Finance & Administration, you will oversee two key teams dedicated to ensuring system performance and effective IT support. Your expertise will guide the alignment of tech initiatives with business needs while implementing best practices for service management and technology projects.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure functionality and reliability of IT systems
• Lead modernization efforts and platform upgrades
• Supervise IT support operations and incident resolution
• Enhance IT service processes for better user experience
• Oversee compliance and disaster recovery planning
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in IT or similar discipline
• At least 10 years of experience in IT, 5 in leadership
• Experience with complex IT infrastructures
• Strong familiarity with Microsoft tools
• Excellent English, French is an advantage
