OMNI-CHANNEL DATA LEAD

Up to $170k + Bonus

A global leader in the pharmaceutical space is looking to add an Omni-Channel Data Lead to their commercial analytics team to help evolve the strategy behind sourcing, onboarding, governance, and activation of marketing data.

The Role

You will be responsible for building a scalable, high-integrity marketing data environment. You will work across campaign performance data, media spend, engagement analytics, owning everything from source evaluation and onboarding to data transformation, governance, and delivery.

  • Partner with IT and Data & Analytics teams to build pipelines, onboard external data, validate accuracy, and standardize formats.
  • Identify, evaluate, and acquire sources of marketing data, including campaign performance data, media spend, engagement metrics, and competitive benchmarks.
  • Develop and enforce data quality standards to maintain data accuracy, consistency, and completeness.
  • Provide strategic guidance on data source quality, context, and usage based on business needs and analytical use cases.

Your Skills & Experience

To be successful in this role, you need a background in data governance/engineering working with marketing, digital, or omni-channel data.

  • Hands-on experience with SQL, Python, Data visualization, and cloud technologies.
  • Experience in data governance & data management, with an understanding of data ingestion, transformation, and data quality.
  • Good understanding of data stewardship and governance concepts (e.g., data ingestion, reference data management, data transformations, data quality and observability, data archiving).
  • Excellent organizational, project planning, and business change management skills with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage cross-functional projects.
  • Strong communication, facilitation, presentation, and influencing skills to interact effectively with a diverse audience.
  • Experience working with marketing and commercial data.
