Key Responsibilities:
• Setup and manage laptop and workstation environments
• Monitor and respond to IT tickets from employees
• Keep thorough documentation on support processes
• Execute hands-on troubleshooting and maintenance
• Conduct software updates and configure systems
Requirements:
• Minimum of 3 years relevant IT experience
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
• Strong organizational skills under deadlines
• Diploma in Computer Science is preferred
• Valid Ontario G or G2 Driver's License needed
