Common Ground Church in Alliston, ON, is hiring a part-time Technical Operations Coordinator to enhance engagement and support operations. This role involves working 10 hours weekly, focusing on technical support for Sunday services and collaborating with the Lead Pastor on digital strategies. You will participate in hybrid work with both remote tasks and in-person attendance at services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Lead Pastor to improve digital outreach

• Ensure technical support runs smoothly on Sundays

• Foster community engagement through communications

• Attend weekly staff meetings, potentially remote

• Actively participate in church events and services

Requirements:

• Proven experience in technical operations and digital communication

• Required availability Sunday mornings (8:30am-1:00pm)

• Effective organizational skills and teamwork capability
