This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with computers, technology, electronics, or hardware and is eager to learn a specialized industry. Full training and mentorship will be provided.
WhatYou’ll Do
- Program and configure two-way radios
- Build and manage radio code plugs and system settings
- Work closely with senior technical staff on projects
- Learn advanced radio programming and technical troubleshooting
- Strong computer skills and technical aptitude
- Comfortable learning new software and systems
- Detail-oriented and able to follow procedures
- Interest in technology, electronics, telecommunications, or IT
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Motorola experience is an asset but not required
- Extensive training and mentorship

The expected Annual Salary for this position falls between $40,000 to $55,000/year
