Entry Level Radio Programmer

Are you tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and looking to start a career in a growing technical field? Insight Global is hiring a Radio Programmer on behalf of our client to join their team in Barrie. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with computers, technology, electronics, or hardware and is eager to learn a specialized industry. Full training and mentorship will be provided.
What You’ll Do   Program and configure two-way radios
Build and manage radio code plugs and system settings
Work closely with senior technical staff on projects
Learn advanced radio programming and technical troubleshooting
What We’re Looking For   Strong computer skills and technical aptitude
Comfortable learning new software and systems
Detail-oriented and able to follow procedures
Interest in technology, electronics, telecommunications, or IT
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Motorola experience is an asset but not required
