In this full-time role, you will install, configure, and maintain critical network and server equipment, perform structured cabling, and monitor environmental systems. Your experience will play a key role in troubleshooting and documenting operational processes together with engineering teams.
Key Responsibilities:
• Install and maintain server and network equipment
• Perform structured cabling using copper and fiber optic
• Respond to incidents and provide effective troubleshooting
• Maintain documentation and perform asset tracking duties
• Collaborate with engineering for capacity planning
Requirements:
• At least 3 years of experience in data center operations
• Advanced skills in cabling, including OM3/OM4 fibers
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities
• Excellent communication and documentation proficiency
• Ability to lift over 50 lbs and work under pressure
