The Senior Director, IRM Strategy and Insights supports the Global Leader and Chief Information Risk Officer. This senior leadership role spans Manulife’s global Information Risk Management organization. You will help connect strategy, planning, governance, reporting, and operational execution across all lines of defense.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver quarterly and annual reports to senior management
- Support reporting capabilities for the Board of Directors
- Build roadmaps for IRM’s multi-year strategy
- Implement governance processes, tooling, and reporting
- Lead complex operational support initiatives
- Six years of progressive leadership experience in related fields
- Information technology, risk management, or audit experience
- Strong collaboration, problem-solving, and influencing skills
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Strategic thinking alongside detailed execution capability
