As a Bodily Injury Examiner, you will play a pivotal role in managing casualty claims under the Senior Manager, National Injury. This position requires a strong foundation in claims adjudication, superior communication skills, and the ability to analyze documentation. You will ensure legal compliance while providing exceptional service to members and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support customer service through timely responses and inquiries

• Establish proof of loss and analyze documentation thoroughly

• Maintain quality file handling and expense control

• Build solid defense documents for moderate exposure claims

• Represent stakeholders professionally in various settings

Requirements:

• Minimum three years of claims adjudication experience

• Working towards a CIP designation and Adjuster’s license

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

• Strong communication skills and project management abilities

• Ability to communicate in French is a plus
