We have an upcoming bilingual (French/English) Collections Agent hybrid role based in Barrie.

Positions are also available in London.

Responsibilities:

Connect with customers by phone, email, and written correspondence to discuss and resolve outstanding balances

Use your French and English language skills daily when speaking with customers and working with internal teams

Work with customers to set up realistic and compliant payment arrangements

Keep account details up to date by accurately documenting interactions and actions taken

Requirements:

Fluency in both French and English (spoken and written)

At least 2 years of banking industry experience

Collections or Accounts Receivable experience is a must

Strong communication and negotiation skills, with a customer-first mindset

Comfort using collections tools, systems, and standard computer applications
