Position: Supply Chain Analyst - Data Insights Role
Drive supply chain performance with analytical support  a Supply Chain Business Analyst, you will enhance forecasting accuracy and optimize processes for better customer experiences.

Reporting to the Director of Inventory Management, this analytical role requires you to deepen insights and improve operational efficiency. You will analyze data from various supply chain functions including inventory, procurement, and logistics while developing dashboards that track key performance indicators. Collaborating with teams across Sales and Inventory is crucial to align forecasts and budgets efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop dashboards and KPI tracking tools for performance monitoring

• Analyze data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities

• Conduct root-cause analyses on service and inventory challenges

• Evaluate forecast accuracy and improve assumptions

• Support ERP enhancements and system implementation projects

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field

• 3-5 years experience in supply chain analytics

• Advanced proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools

• Strong analytical, communication, and multitasking skills

• Familiarity with ERP systems and supply chain planning tools
