At Flex-N-Gate, you will oversee sourcing strategies for critical metal components vital to automotive manufacturing. This role involves managing supplier relationships, executing long-term agreements, and ensuring your team's strategies align with market needs and compliance standards. Your strong technical knowledge and negotiation prowess are central to this position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop strategic sourcing plans for metal materials

• Manage RFQs and supplier onboarding processes

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain or related discipline
