Position: Supervisor for International Imports & Exports
Become an integral part of our logistics team as the International Imports & Exports Supervisor in Barrie, ON. Oversee the import/export operations and ensure seamless coordination of international shipments.

In this full-time, in-office position, you will manage departmental workflows while supporting strategic company objectives. Your focus will be on providing excellent customer service and resolving shipment-related problems. With 10+ years in freight forwarding, you will lead a team dedicated to operational excellence and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support initiatives that drive strategic goals

• Supervise daily operations of import & export departments

• Communicate effectively with international agents

• Track and manage the flow of shipments

• Coach and mentor team members for growth

Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years experience in transportation or freight forwarding

• Knowledge of Canadian & USA customs regulations

• Experience handling dangerous goods considered an asset

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Post-secondary education in Supply Chain Management a plus
