Applicants with a G license and experience in sidewalk clearing may be considered for a Crew Lead position.
Responsibilities- Performs snow removal on sidewalks, walkways, steps and stairs as well as applying salt/ice melt as required.
- Assists with equipment maintenance and repair under supervision of the Fleet Manager.
- Perform other duties as required.
- Valid Driver's License with clean record is an asset.
- Own transportation to shop (City transportation not available/reliable).
- Able to work days, nights, weekends, holidays, early morning, early evening, be on call.
- Long shifts.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and perform all other physical requirements associated with a position of this nature.
Wage is $20-$26 per hour depending on experience.
