Pay or shift range: $26.05 CAD to $26.55 CAD. The estimated range is the budgeted amount for this position. Final offers are based on various factors, including skill set, experience, location, qualifications and other job-related reasons.

Hours: 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday to Friday, occasional weekends, evenings on call

Reports to: Service Manager

Based at: Napoleon Home Comfort

Wage: $26.05 to $26.55

Job Purpose: Install and service Napoleon products at residential or commercial properties

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

• Install and service manufactured products using hand and power tools
• Read and interpret blueprint, drawings, layouts, and other specifications
• Measure and layout reference points for installation
• Measure, cut, and connect piping using welding and brazing equipment
• Start up system, test for leaks, using testing devices
• Repair and replace parts and components for fireplace, air conditioner, ventilation or heat pump system
• Provide best customer service representing Napoleon

Education and Experience:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Three (3) years’ experience in related position
• Must have G2 gas and ODP (Ozone Depletion Prevention) certification
• WETT training/certificate an asset
• Fall Arrest training or Working at Heights certification is required (training may be provided)
• Must have valid G class driver’s license, with clean abstract
• Basic Computer Skills
