Facility Cleaning/Light Maintenance & Sample Room Support Associate –
Full-Time, Permanent –

Bradford, ON, On-site –

Hours:

Monday – Friday 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM, with a ½ hour lunch break. Some additional hours may be required during busy periods, planning, or company events. Salary:
Up to $54K.

Reports to:

Executive Administrative Assistant.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience in facility cleaning & light maintenance (preferred).
• Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to safely use hand tools.
• Ability to lift, bend, climb ladders, and perform physical tasks.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Strong attention to detail and proactive problem-solving.
• Self-starter and motivated to complete tasks with the ability to work independently
• Familiarity with WHMIS and workplace safety practices preferred.

• Light industrial / distribution facility, with sample room and office areas.
• Frequent walking, standing, and occasional lifting of moderate weight.
• Exposure to cleaning chemicals (proper PPE provided).
• Team-oriented environment requiring cross-functional cooperation.
