Service Master Clean of Barrie is looking to build their night cleaning crew. Our full‑time positions consist of teams, usually two members, who work together to provide customers with the Service Master Clean standard. Shifts, on average, start between 4pm and 5pm and run anywhere from six to nine hours a night. A driver’s license with a clean driving history is considered a strong asset.

• Sweep, mop and wash floors.
• Dust desks, phones and all surface areas.
• Vacuum carpeting and area rugs.
• Clean, disinfect and polish kitchen.
• Clean, disinfect and polish bathrooms.
• Pick up debris and empty trash & recycling containers.
• Address customers’ complaints or concerns.

• Maintain a positive professional attitude with customers and fellow workers.
• Be on time for all shifts.
• Work in accordance with the health & safety procedures.
• Maintain a professional image.
• Adhere to all Service Master Clean standards.
• Ensure paperwork standards are adhered to.
• Follow all policies and procedures set in place by the company.
• Report any hazards you may encounter immediately.
• Perform regular maintenance on equipment and report any problems.
• Complete clock‑in and clock‑out entries for time keeping and notify the office of any errors.
• Perform service as requested in warehouse, office or field.
• Attend all scheduled training events.
• Perform all cleaning and services on their scheduled day without supervision.
• Utilize a helper when assigned.
• Never leave a building or company premises while still clocked in.
• Maintain janitor closets in customer accounts.

Secondary school certificate is an asset. Experience is not necessary; we will provide on‑the‑job training.
