Property Maintenance Operator

Position: Property Maintenance Operator - Great Blue Resorts

As a key member of the Property Crew, you'll engage in septic waste removal, grounds maintenance, and rental unit inspections to uphold the resort’s standards. The position demands both teamwork and independent work while ensuring compliance with all safety requirements for a welcoming, clean environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Remove waste and maintain cleanliness in cottages

• Inspect and maintain beach facilities and equipment

• Conduct daily checks of resort grounds

• Complete job lists and safety protocols

• Inspect rental units for necessary repairs

Requirements:

• Valid G Driver’s License needed

• Prior experience in customer service is an asset

• Ability to lift weights up to 50 pounds

• Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather

• Capable of working both independently and as part of a team
