As a Cleaner, you will uphold YMCA's high standards of cleanliness and general maintenance.

Your role will require physical activity, including lifting, pushing, and cleaning various areas of the facility. You will be responsible for a range of cleaning tasks, maintaining safety and service standards in a flexible work schedule that includes days, evenings, and weekends.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain cleanliness according to YMCA protocols

• Lift and carry cleaning tools and equipment

• Mop, sweep, and scrub floors efficiently

• Manage pool chemical testing and maintenance

• Communicate maintenance issues to the supervisor

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of cleaning procedures and standards

• WHMIS Certification, First Aid/CPR certification

• Physical readiness for active duties

• Willingness to work flexible hours

• Completion of mandated training
