You will be responsible for groundskeeping, building repairs, and water/septic system maintenance, helping to keep the community in top shape. You ll play a key role in pool operations and maintaining a safe, welcoming environment. This hands-on role will keep you active and engaged.

• Responsible for the ground’s maintenance and landscaping of the property
• Responsible for the repairs and maintenance of all community buildings and equipment
• Providing support to residence as required, such as firewood delivery
• Water testing and record keeping daily
• Maintaining the pool and spa facilities
• Responsible in managing and keeping records of the upkeep of equipment
• Responsible in maintaining all Health & Safety aspects of the Resort
• Ensuring ongoing communication with Management and Maintenance Lead Hand
• Responsible for cleaning work area, tools and equipment.
• Responsible for courteous, effective response at all times.
• Operate within the applicable Occupational Health & Safety legislation and company policies at all times.
• Be prepared to accept after hour calls and act on emergencies as required.
• Other duties as required

• Clean Driver’s Abstract
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Ability to lift, push and pull up to 25lbs frequently and up to 50lbs infrequently; ability to work at heights
• Excellent oral & written communication skills
• Excellent problem solving, critical thinking and organizational skills
• Ability to maintain and trouble shoot equipment and vehicles, golf carts, tractor and implements.

The expected annualized base salary range for this role is $44,000 – $50,000.

Based on the position, Quad Real offers a competitive total rewards package in addition to the base pay, which may include a performance-based incentive plan, comprehensive health & dental benefits, pension plan, and paid time off.

The actual salary offered will take into consideration a wide array of factors including, but not limited to, the individual’s skill, experience, education and training, the market compensation of the role, and the consideration to internal equity.
