Join a well-established resort in Gravenhurst, ON, as a Resort Maintenance Associate. This role requires hands-on experience in maintenance and operates within a dynamic hospitality setting.
We are looking for candidates who have at least two years of maintenance experience in hotels or resorts. Your responsibilities will include routine maintenance tasks, conducting inspections, and handling repairs such as plumbing, electrical, and painting. You'll work directly with housekeeping and front desk teams to address guest room repairs and ensure the resort remains in top condition.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform routine maintenance and preventative repairs
• Conduct thorough property walk-throughs and inspections
• Repair furniture, unclog drains, and replace light fixtures
• Communicate effectively with housekeeping and front desk teams
• Maintain organization of tools and supplies
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of maintenance experience
• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and painting
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Strong problem-solving skills
