Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation across various residential, commercial and vacation homes. This role is essential in ensuring a safe, healthy, and welcoming setting for clients, staff, and visitors. Prior cleaning experience is preferred but not required, as training will be provided.
Duties Perform general cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming of floors and surfaces
Clean bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas to ensure hygiene standards are met
Empty trash receptacles and replace liners regularly
Disinfect high-touch surfaces to prevent the spread of germs
Maintain cleaning supplies inventory and notify management when supplies need replenishing
Follow safety procedures and use cleaning equipment properly to avoid accidents or damage
Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards identified during cleaning duties
Adhere to established cleaning schedules and protocols for different areas
Requirements Previous cleaning experience is a plus but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidate
Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness standards
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Good physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
Reliable work ethic with punctuality and dependability
Ability to follow safety guidelines and handle cleaning chemicals responsibly
A reliable vehicle is essential to this position; you will be driving to various jobs.
