Position: Parkbridge Grounds Maintenance Technician
Location: Wasaga Beach

In this technician role, you will maintain community properties, repair buildings and equipment, and ensure health and safety standards are met. Your responsibilities will include groundskeeping, water testing, and communication with management. This active position requires vigilance and dedication to community safety and aesthetics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain landscaping and grounds for community beauty

• Repair and service community buildings and equipment

• Deliver firewood and support residents as needed

• Perform water testing and maintain pool/spa safety

• Clean work areas and keep records of equipment upkeep

Requirements:

• Clean Driver’s Abstract required

• Ability to lift up to 50lbs and work at heights

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

• Experience with equipment maintenance and troubleshooting

• Effective organization and critical thinking abilities
