• Maintain equipment by doing daily pre- and post-trip inspections, with accountability to keep equipment clean inside and out.
• Build and maintain relationships of trust with customers in assigned geography. Own the satisfaction of these customers at all times.
• Deliver consistent and reliable customer service to ensure a positive, hassle-free experience for Amrize's customers.
• Maintain strong working relationships with Logistics, Operations teams, and fellow operators.
• Participate in Amrize Ready Mix Training Program.
• Able to operate on electronic devices (tablets, GPS, etc.).
• Commit to communicating, improving, and adhering to health, safety, and environmental policies in all work environments and areas; promote a culture of safety.

• Education: Grade 12 or equivalent.
• Required Work Experience: A minimum of 1 year of related experience. Preference given to those with construction and heavy equipment experience. Understanding of the building materials industry, including product knowledge, an asset.
• Required Training/Certifications: Needs to have a Class 3Q (Air Brakes) or Class 1Q — Drivers abstract REQUIRED.
• Additional Requirements: Have a flexible schedule. This position may require an individual to work different shifts as well as be available weekends.
• Be able to lift >50 lbs.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to perform tasks on electronic devices such as tablets.
• Relationship-building (external customers and internal Amrize personnel).
• High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Problem solving and decision making.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong sense of teamwork.
• Successful candidates must adhere to all safety protocols and proper use of Amrize approved Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), including respirators. Employees wearing respirators must be clean shaven where the respirator seal meets the face to pass fit tests.
