Horseshoe Resort is seeking a dedicated Indoor Maintenance Technician to take on essential maintenance and repair tasks across its indoor facilities. You will perform thorough property inspections and manage routine and preventative maintenance, ensuring all guest rooms are maintained to the highest standards. This role also involves coordinating with third-party vendors and supporting the organization's environmental initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct property walk-throughs and maintenance checks

• Perform preventative maintenance on key systems and appliances

• Repair furniture, drains, and light fixtures in guest areas

• Oversee construction and renovation project quality

• Ensure tool organization and storage of supplies

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of maintenance experience

• Valid driver’s license with a clear abstract

• Basic plumbing, electrical, and repair skills

• Comfortable working independently with tools

• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds
