Position: Eco-Conscious Cleaner at BGIS
Location: Bradford West Gwillimbury

Work with BGIS Sustainable Cleaning Solutions as an Eco-Conscious Cleaner dedicated to health and safety. Deliver top-quality cleaning while enhancing sustainable practices in operational settings.

In this position, you’ll play an essential role by maintaining cleanliness across various zones, reporting directly to your Manager or Supervisor. You'll be tasked with a range of cleaning responsibilities that uphold our commitment to environmental sustainability. Having a background in institutional cleaning will help in executing the job efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Vacuum, scrub, and mop floors to ensure cleanliness

• Strip, seal, and polish hard surface floors when necessary

• Safely handle and transport cleaning chemicals

• Conduct thorough cleanings of stairwells and glass areas

• Communicate effectively with supervisors about operational needs

Requirements:

• Experience in housekeeping and maintenance in institutional settings

• Familiarity with floor maintenance tools and equipment

• Understanding of WHMIS and safety procedures

• Ability to lift and climb as needed

• Strong communication and teamwork skills
