Groundskeeper and Maintenance Technician

Location: Wasaga Beach

Take charge of community upkeep with Parkbridge Lifestyle Communities as a Maintenance Technician. This hands-on role involves building repairs, groundskeeping, and pool management in a proactive, engaging environment.

As a key member of the maintenance team, you will ensure the safety, cleanliness, and functionality of the community and its facilities. Your responsibilities will include repairing community structures and equipment, along with maintaining landscaping. Water testing, record-keeping, and managing health and safety standards are also essential parts of the job.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain grounds and landscaping for the community

• Conduct repairs on buildings and community equipment

• Oversee pool and spa facility maintenance

• Provide support like firewood delivery to residents

• Communicate regularly with Management and Maintenance Lead Hand

Requirements:

• Clean Driver’s Abstract required

• Ability to interpret safety and operating documents

• Capable of lifting up to 50lbs occasionally

• Strong oral and written communication skills

• Problem-solving and organizational capabilities
