This role requires a proactive approach to daily operational tasks within the maintenance department. You'll handle service requests, perform preventative maintenance, and keep pools and hot tubs in excellent condition. Engage with guests while ensuring their comfort and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Address general maintenance requests efficiently

• Conduct basic plumbing and electrical maintenance

• Clean and repair swimming pools and hot tubs

• Execute painting and carpentry tasks as needed

• Deliver exceptional customer service to guests

Requirements:

• Experience in building trades like carpentry and plumbing

• Basic typing and computer skills necessary

• Pool maintenance experience is advantageous

• Strong commitment to guest satisfaction

• Seasonal full-time availability required
