As a skilled Maintenance ASSOCIATE, you’ll ensure all property systems are well-maintained, from HVAC to plumbing. This role requires you to stay active in repairing and inspecting facilities while adhering to safety procedures. Your commitment will help create a welcoming atmosphere for tenants and visitors alike.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct routine inspections and minor repairs
• Maintain HVAC systems and inform on necessary repairs
• Assist with seasonal preparations and property grounds
• Document maintenance activities and safety incidents
• Resolve tenant requests professionally
Requirements:
• 2+ years of experience in commercial maintenance
• Proficiency in various maintenance systems
• Physical ability to lift 50 lbs and use tools
• WHMIS and First Aid certification preferred
• Bilingual skills are an advantage
