Residential Cleaner

Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various facilities. This position requires a strong commitment to quality service, ensuring that all areas are kept to the highest standards of cleanliness. The Cleaner will be responsible for performing a variety of cleaning tasks, utilizing both hand and power tools as necessary.

• Perform routine cleaning tasks in residential settings, including restrooms and common areas.
• Utilize appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment to ensure thorough cleaning of surfaces.
• Conduct custodial duties such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting.
• Handle heavy lifting when moving furniture or equipment during cleaning processes.
• Communicate effectively with team members and clients to address any specific cleaning needs or concerns.
• Manage time efficiently to complete assigned tasks within designated time frames.

• Previous experience in residential cleaning or custodial services is preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong communication skills to interact with clients and team members effectively.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks associated with cleaning duties.
• Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently.
