Onsite Housekeeper

Position: Onsite Housekeeper at LOFT Community Services
Location: Bradford West Gwillimbury

Contribute to a supportive living environment as an Onsite Housekeeper with LOFT Community Services in Bradford, ON. Maintain hygiene and cleanliness in resident areas for optimal safety.

In this important role, you will support residents' well-being by keeping communal spaces and living quarters clean. Working under the guidance of the Program Manager, your tasks will include daily cleaning routines, linen handling, and ensuring adherence to health protocols. You'll also assist with garbage removal and address safety issues as they arise.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform daily cleaning of resident rooms and common areas

• Vacuum, mop, and disinfect surfaces diligently

• Wash, dry, and store linens and clothing

• Follow infection control practices and WHMIS guidelines

• Report safety conditions and concerns promptly

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent experience required

• Knowledge of cleaning equipment and chemicals

• Familiar with health and safety standards

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

• Strong English communication skills
